Classification: Dragon Covenant is sovereign treaty magic. It is not summoning, taming, ownership, or simple pact power. A covenant is negotiated permission from a dragon whose body, memory, domain, and territory form a living law.
Source: the dragon's domain, the mortal party's oath capacity, accurate story memory, territorial respect, tribute, and a clause both sides can survive. A dragon may accept a rude truth faster than a flattering lie.
Domains: ash, storm, gold, frost, rootfire, deep sleep, old speech, mountain wind, tide glass, and night ember. Domains are not colors; they define what kind of reality bends around the dragon.
Covenant forms: passage covenant grants safe route through territory; testimony covenant grants ancient witness; breath covenant grants a fragment of domain power; furnace covenant grants heat or craft aid; silence covenant hides a person or place; vengeance covenant authorizes punishment under strict limits.
