Habitat: Stormglass Harbor reefs, quarantine bells, ship graveyards, pearl banks, fog channels, and sea temple ruins where drowned debts remain unpaid.

Behavior: they do not simply sing beauty. They sing the debt a sailor wants forgiven, the home a refugee cannot return to, or the market price a captain needs to survive. They prefer crews already divided by money.
